Duct Systems

Fabric Ducts For Perfect Indoor Comfort

A Dispersion System consist of four components: profile, fabric, flow model and suspension. These maybe combined in infinite ways to match the specific requirements of any given project.

By combining the ideal solution from each component, our expert team creates a customized air distribution tailored to your specific needs. This approach ensures supreme air dispersion and comfort regardless of the complexity of the project requirement.

Features and Benefits
Types of Fabrics
Fabric for every application

There are many different fabric properties for many different applications. Some applications like swimming pools, require permeable fabric, food processing may require anti-microbial fabric, and a high school gym may require a custom color fabric to match the school's color.

Other options include anti-static, flame retardant and impermeable etc. We offer a wide variety of fabrics with different combination of properties to match any application.

Artwork, Logos & Lettering

Logos and lettering on ducts can be used to brand your company or send a specific message. It is created using heat transfer. The print placement is determined by the duct's location in the room and typical positioning of the onlooker. There is no limitation on the logo types or colors, and the print will not fade over time or in case of washing.

  • Permeable fabric
  • Allows air to pass through it.

  • Allows air to pass through it.

  • Antimicrobial finishing
  • Keeps fabric permanently fresh and prevents microbial development.

  • Anti-static fabric
  • Prevents the build up of static electricity.

  • Flame-retardant fabric
  • Burns slowly and does not spread quickly.

  • Nonpermeable fabric
  • Is airtight with the help of a special coating.

Duct profile for every challenge
We offer a wide selection of custom duct profiles tailored to specific project challenges as our engineers design the air dispersion system to ensure the best possible fit for each individual application.

Wide assortments of duct profiles

It comes in a wide assortment of duct profiles in addition o the round and D-shaped favorites. We design air dispersion systems that ensure the best possible fit for each individual application Influencing factors like room dimensions, air volume, aesthetics and the purpose of the solution are thoroughly evaluated to select the appropriate duct type and profile.

All-In-one

The All-In-one support components require minor tools and are easily removeable for maintenance purposes. The appropriate suspension support depends on the diameter of the duct.

Internal 360° Hoops

Internal 360° hoops are available in duct system from 200mm and up. The hoops come pre-installed from the factory on ducts up to 660mm. Adding the hoops is an easy process as they simply glide in place.

Round

Round duct is the most commonly used duct profile and is typically found in open ceiling applications. The duct diameter can be made as small or as big as required.

Circle

Circle section duct is used when there is a hard ceiling to attach to. Typically, this profile is when there is not enough head room to allow for the use of a Half-Round duct.

D-Shape/Half-Round

D-Shaped/Half-Round Duct can be used when there is a hard ceiling to attach to. This duct profile is typically used because there is not enough head room to install a round duct or to make the duct appear to be part of the ceiling rather than free hanging in the space.

Rectangular

Rectangular duct is fully customizable and is typically required when there is not enough space to fit a round duct. The duct is available in all flow models and fabrics except for Poly.
